What This Machine Does
Paste at speed, wearing the premium component set.
The PP200F runs raw slurry, liquid and paste products at up to 8,400 packs/hour (140 packs/min) on pre-made pouches 50-100 mm wide, with fills up to 300 ml and ±1.5% filling accuracy — and the top-tier control set of the series as standard.
The trade-off: 20 packs/min for the components and the volume. The 160 packs/min machines carry value-line controls and stop at 90 mm and 200 ml. Here you get SMC (Japan) pneumatics, a Siemens PLC and an ORION (Japan) oil-free vacuum pump — and 100 ml more fill in a wider pouch.
