What This Machine Does
The PP400 platform, retuned for small pouches at double speed.
The PP400D packs powders, liquids and granules at up to 6,000 packs/hour (100 packs/min) on pre-made pouches 50-90 mm wide, with fills up to 200 ml and ±1.5% filling accuracy.
The trade-off: speed for volume. The 200 ml ceiling is the price of doubling the pace. Wide pouches and litre fills stay on the PP400; paste products move to the PP200F; this machine owns the high-count small format.
