What This Machine Does
The machine that sits after your packing machine.
The PPMH280 is not a packing machine — it is a high-speed feeding and arranging system. It meters, aligns and singulates small pouches and stick packs at up to 16,800 packs/hour (280 packs/min), turning a jumbled flow into a single file your case packer or cartoner can actually use.
The trade-off: it packs nothing. What it does is count, align and pace — the stage between your pouch machine and your secondary packaging. An elevator with material-level sensing feeds handling rollers that sort, de-stack and space the product; surplus falls back to the storage bin, and photoelectric sensing governs the feed from hopper to distribution.

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Does your pouch machine outproduce your cartoner? This is the buffer and meter between them.
- Are your products strip or flat-rectangular, up to 180 mm long?
- Do you need 280 packs/min of ordered single-file output?
- Do you have 3,600 mm of line length for the elevator and roller stages?
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
Where does this machine fit in a line?
Between your pouch packing machine and your secondary packaging — it receives bulk pouches and delivers them counted, aligned and spaced.
What happens to surplus product?
The handling rollers return surplus to the storage bin automatically, so nothing is lost to over-feeding.
What products can it handle?
Small pouches, stick packs and vacuum packs — strip or flat-rectangular shapes up to 180 mm long.
How fast does it run?
Up to 16,800 packs/hour (280 packs/min) — above the output of any single PP packing machine.
