What This Machine Does
Four stations, one Siemens control stack, and the cartons you already buy.
The JC130 is the flexible horizontal cartoner of the JC line. It erects board cartons from the magazine, feeds your product on a four-station auto feeder, closes the flaps and discharges finished boxes — 20 to 60 cartons a minute, with leaflet insertion and glue sealing available as bolt-on stations.
The trade-off: format flexibility versus raw speed. This machine is built for plants where the carton changes during the week — tuck-in today, auto-lock bottom tomorrow, hang-tab retail boxes on Friday. It pays for that range with a lower ceiling: 60 cartons a minute against the JCH200’s 200. If your line runs one format for weeks at a time, the high-speed tier is the honest answer.
Best-Fit Products
Runs these well — and what each one needs
- Coffee, biscuit and snack pouches into retail boxes → the classic bag-in-box pass at 20-60 cartons/min
- Granulate sachets and oral-liquid bottles → counted or bottle-fed groups in pharma board
- Bottled medicines → gentle push feeding with leaflet in every box
- Hair-dye and cosmetic kits → multi-piece sets placed and closed in one pass
- Toys and gift sets → odd-shaped contents held by the carton, not the machine

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Is 20-60 cartons/min enough, and does your carton/product mix actually change? Both answers point at this tier or the JCH200.
- Does every carton fall inside 70-210 × 60-150 × 15-60 mm in 250-400 g/m² board?
- Do you need a leaflet in the box, or glued seals? Both are order-time options on the same frame.
- Can your plant supply ≥0.6 MPa air at 120-160 L/min plus 1.5 kW? That is the whole utility bill.
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
Why does the rate say 20-60?
Carton style, board and product behavior set the real number. Small tuck-in boxes with light contents run the top; big hang-tab boxes with awkward sets run the bottom. We confirm yours against samples.
Which carton styles close properly?
Tuck-in, auto-lock bottom and hang-tab — tooled to your board samples at order time.
Leaflets and glue — standard or extra?
The leaflet folding device and the glue-sealing unit are configured at quotation. Say so early and the frame arrives ready for them.
What happens when a box comes through empty?
It never leaves: the machine rejects cartons missing product or leaflet, and a mechanical overload stops the line before damage instead of after.
