What This Machine Does
Two hundred boxes a minute, one format, no drama.
The JCH200 is the high-speed tier of the JC cartoning line: 200 cartons a minute for lines that run one format long and hard. It erects, fills and closes the same carton families the JC130 handles — tuck-in, auto-lock bottom, hang-tab — at three times the pace.
The trade-off: speed versus changeover. A machine tuned for 200-a-minute wants to keep running the same box. If your carton changes during the week, the JC130’s 20-60-a-minute flexibility earns more than this machine’s ceiling; if one SKU fills a shift, the arithmetic runs the other way.
Best-Fit Products
Runs these well — and what each one needs
- High-volume coffee and snack bag-in-box → retail boxes around pouches, all shift long
- Pharma cartoning at scale → bottled and sachet products boxed at production-line pace
- Single-SKU contract packing → the format stays put, the counter climbs
- Standard-format retail sets → one carton, run wide, run fast

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Does one carton format fill your week? That is what 200-a-minute is for.
- How many changeovers do you actually run? More than a couple a week points at the JC130.
- Is your upstream line ready to feed 200 cartons a minute? A fast cartoner cannot speed up a slow packer.
- Do your cartons fall inside the board and style range this line is tooled for?
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
JC130 or JCH200?
Changeover count versus ceiling. The JC130 runs 20-60 cartons/min across many formats; the JCH200 runs 200 on one format. Count your weekly changeovers and the choice makes itself.
What cartons does it close?
The line’s families: tuck-in, auto-lock bottom and hang-tab — tooled to your board samples.
Where is the full spec sheet?
This tier is built to order, so the binding numbers come after your carton and product samples. Send them and the sheet follows.
Can it keep up with my pouch line?
If your packer delivers 200 cartons’ worth of product a minute, yes. Bring the upstream rate to the conversation and we will size it honestly.
