What This Machine Does
For the products every other machine chokes on.
The JCJ130 is the compact build of the JC bag-sleeving platform. It slips flat products into bags and seals them three ways: single-layer OPP film heat-sealed, OPP bags closed with double-sided adhesive tape, and laminated premade bags. It exists for work that rotary, horizontal and vertical wrappers handle badly — sleeves, envelopes, awkward flat goods.
The trade-off: tape versus heat. The adhesive-tape seal puts no heat anywhere near the product — the safe answer for finishes that mark — but the tape is a consumable that runs out mid-shift. Heat-sealed OPP costs less per pack and seals permanent; it just brings temperature. Most plants run both modes and choose per product.
Best-Fit Products
Runs these well — and what each one needs
- Stationery sets → sleeved in OPP, sealed either way
- Red envelopes and greeting cards → no heat, no marking, tape mode
- Kraft envelopes and paper goods → sleeving without crushing the flap
- Awkward flat goods → the items wrappers can’t grab, sleeved instead

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Are your products flat but unfriendly — sleeves, envelopes, odd finishes? That is this platform’s reason to exist.
- Does the product mark under heat? Plan on tape mode and stock the consumable.
- Is the volume a shift-filler or the plant’s main line? Shift-filler — this compact build; main line — the JCS130 conversation.
- Do you run OPP roll film or premade bags? Both are supported; tell us which dominates.
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
What are the three sealing modes?
Heat-sealed single-layer OPP film, OPP bags with double-sided adhesive tape, and laminated premade bags — one frame, chosen per product.
Why choose tape over heat?
No temperature near the product. Finished papers, coated boards and printed envelopes come through unmarked — the trade is a tape consumable.
JCJ130 or JCS130?
Same platform, different build: this is the compact build; the JCS130 is the standard production build for shift-in-shift-out duty. Volume decides.
What can’t it do?
It sleeves flat goods; it is not a former, not a filler, not a wrapper. If the product needs a made pack with a seal all round, that is the four-side-seal line’s job.
