What This Machine Does
Product goes up, floor space stays flat.
The Z-bucket elevator lifts granules, powders and small pieces from floor level to the infeed of your packing machine along a compact Z-shaped path. Buckets carry the material gently — no pneumatic conveying, no product damage — and discharge directly into the host machine’s hopper.
Best-Fit Products
Where it earns its place on the line
- Sachet and pouch lines fed from floor-level hoppers — lifts material to the JC or PP machine infeed height
- Fragile products — bucket carrying beats every pneumatic or throw-style feed for breakage control
- Tight layouts — the Z path needs a footprint, not a building

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Is your packing machine infeed above shoulder height? Then somebody is currently climbing with product — this removes that job.
- How far is the material point from the machine? The Z path turns a horizontal distance into a vertical lift.
- Is the product fragile or coated? Buckets move it without the attrition of air conveying.
- What height does the host hopper sit at? That single dimension sizes the elevator.
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
Which machines can it feed?
Any of our sachet, pouch and flow-wrap lines — the elevator matches the host machine’s hopper height and appetite.
How gentle is bucket conveying?
Buckets carry material at low speed and discharge by gravity — the standard answer for coated, brittle or blended products that must not segregate.
Carbon steel or stainless steel?
Both are offered; food-contact parts are food-grade plastic in either build, and washdown rooms take the stainless version.
What maintenance does it need?
A chain, buckets and a drive — lubrication points on a schedule, and a tension check. Few moving parts, on purpose.
