What This Machine Does
Small bowls, lifted hygienically.
Where products come in bowls rather than in bulk — ready meals, prepared portions, loose small parts — the Z-type bowl elevator carries each bowl vertically on a chain and delivers it to the packing station intact. The build is 304 stainless steel throughout with a 1.4 L food-grade PP bowl.
Best-Fit Products
Where it earns its place on the line
- Ready-meal and prepared-food lines — bowls arrive at the tray or pouch station level and right-side up
- Cleanroom-adjacent food zones — 304 stainless construction washes down and stays auditable
- Small-parts feeding — the same gentle bowl carry works for non-food items

- Is the line audited for food contact? 304 stainless and food-grade bowls are the baseline answer.
- How do bowls reach the packing station today? By hand is the cost this removes.
- What bowl size do you run? Above the 1.4 L bowl, talk to us before sizing.
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
What products suit bowl conveying?
Prepared foods, ready-meal components, and any item that must stay in its own vessel rather than be bulk-fed — food or otherwise.
Is it food-grade?
The frame and drive are 304 stainless steel and the bowls are food-grade PP — the standard build, not an option.
How much can it move?
2.5 m³/h of bowl-fed product, matched to the packing rate of the host machine.
Does it need a full-height installation?
The Z-type path keeps the footprint small — it is sized to the drop and lift your layout needs.
