What This Machine Does
Powder dosed by turns of a screw, not by eye.
The auger filler measures powder by rotations of a precision screw — each turn moves a fixed volume, so the dose is repeatable to fractions of a percent. It stands alone for jar and container filling or serves as the dosing group of our sachet and pouch machines.
Best-Fit Products
Where it earns its place on the line
- Powder sachet lines — the dosing group inside our JC four-side-seal platforms, offered standalone
- Jar, bottle and container filling — same auger principle, standalone frame
- Non-free-flowing powders — the screw moves what gravity alone will not

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Is your powder priced by the gram? ±0.5% accuracy is the difference between margin and give-away.
- Does the powder bridge, cake or flush? Auger dosing handles non-free-flowing material that defeats gravity feed.
- What dose range do you run? One screw platform covers 10 g to a full kilogram.
- Are you filling containers rather than bags? The same unit ships as a standalone filler.
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
How accurate is auger dosing?
±1% for doses under 100 g and ±0.5% above — measured as fill weight deviation from target.
What products can it dose?
Free-flowing and non-free-flowing powders — spices, flour, milk powder, protein, pharmaceutical powders.
How fast does it run?
40–120 doses per minute, tied to the host machine’s cycle.
Screw wear over time?
The screw is a wearing part by design — inspect on schedule and the dose stays honest. Replacement is a bolt-on job.
