What This Machine Does
One back seal, one web of film, no pouch magazine.
The JC250 is the compact horizontal flow wrapper of the JC line. It pulls laminate from a roll, folds it into a pillow pack with a back seal around your product, and closes the ends with a single sealing jaw — 35 to 150 packs a minute for products up to 100 mm wide and 300 mm long.
The trade-off: web width versus film cost. The 250-class web (90-240 mm) keeps both the reel bill and the machine footprint small, and a single-jaw cutter is the simplest sealing architecture there is to keep alive. What you give up is width: once your product is wider than 100 mm, you need the JC420, not a bigger reel. Every pack feature beyond the basic back seal — hang holes, custom seal patterns, special cutters — is ordered against your product rather than built in.
Best-Fit Products
Runs these well — and what each one needs
- Biscuits, bread and mooncake portions → sealed at pillow-pack speed with the film path routed to suit the product
- Boxed and blister-packed pharma → secondary wrap around blister cards and small boxes at up to 150 packs/min
- Switches, spoons, cards and hard goods → a back seal is all the protection rigid items need
- Low-profile items from 5 to 30 mm tall → within the sealing envelope without format changes
- Retail multipacks → counted groups wrapped straight off the infeed

Configurations & Options
Routed around your product, not the other way round
- Film path: film runs above or below the product, chosen per product so the seal never crosses a fragile face
- Hole punching: Euro slot or round hang holes cut inline
- Custom work: seal patterns and cutters made to order
- Films: OPP, PE, PVC and OPP/CPP, PT/PE, KOP/CPP laminates
- Drive: 3 servo motors with planetary gears; film eye-mark sensor registration
- Control set: in-house-designed PLC with an MCGS touchscreen
Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Is your product within 30-100 mm wide, 85-300 mm long and 5-30 mm tall? That is this machine’s envelope.
- Do you need more than 150 packs a minute from one jaw? Then we should talk about the high-speed tier, not stretch this one.
- Can your floor supply 3.0 kW at 220 V / 50 Hz and tolerate ≤78 dB? That is what it draws and what it sounds like.
- Do you measure sealing by first-pass yield? The rated bag form qualified rate is ≥97% at 15 N/mm² sealing pressure.
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
Film above or below the product — which one?
It depends on the product face you want kept clean and how it feeds. Both paths are available on the same frame; we configure it around your product before the machine ships.
Can it punch hang holes?
Yes — Euro slot or round holes, cut inline. Tell us the hole position at quotation so the tooling is built in from day one.
What yield should I plan around?
The rated bag form qualified rate is ≥97%, with sealing pressure at 15 N/mm². Actual speed depends on your product and film.
JC250 or JC420?
Width. The JC250 seals products up to 100 mm wide from a 240 mm web; the JC420 opens that to 180 mm from a 430 mm web. Same servo architecture, same 35-150 packs/min window.
