What This Machine Does
The trim never hits the floor.
The JCC4 is the edge curling unit of the JC four-side-seal line. Wherever the web is slit or trimmed — between lanes, at the sachet perimeter — this unit winds the strip waste onto a reel instead of letting it fall, at a speed synchronous with the host machine.
The trade-off: floor space beside the sealer versus trim handled any other way. Loose edge trim is a housekeeping problem, a jam source and an hour of cleanup per shift; handling it by hand costs a pair of gloves and somebody’s afternoon. This unit costs a footprint next to the sealer and solves it continuously.
Best-Fit Products
Serves these machines well — and what each one needs
- Every right-angle-bag four-side-seal model in the JC line → one unit, whole line compatibility
- Multi-lane four-side-seal production → lane trim wound the moment it is cut
- Cleanroom-adjacent patch lines → no film strips on the floor to migrate into product zones

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Does your four-side-seal line produce trimmed edge waste? Then something has to catch it — this is the made-for-purpose answer.
- Who sweeps the trim now, and for how long each shift? That is the cost this unit removes.
- Is trim currently a jam or stoppage source on the sealer? Wound trim cannot wander.
- Do you run the right-angle-bag four-side-seal models? That is the compatibility list.
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
Which machines does it fit?
The right-angle-bag four-side-seal models of the JC line — the family that trims a web edge as part of sealing.
How does it keep pace with the sealer?
Its speed is synchronous with the host machine — the winding tracks the packaging rate rather than running blind at a fixed speed.
Is it a packing machine?
No — it packs nothing. It is the trim-handling unit of the four-side-seal line, bought alongside the sealer it serves.
What maintenance does it need?
A winding unit’s short list: keep the reel changed and the path clear. It is the least complicated thing on your line, on purpose.
