What This Machine Does
The same sleeving platform, built for the long shift.
The JCS130 is the standard production build of the JC bag-sleeving platform: a self-adhesive OPP closure — no heat, so nothing marks the product — in the duty cycle a main line demands. Sleeving paper goods and awkward flats, order after order, at 30-50 bags a minute.
The trade-off: build depth versus budget. The standard build is made to run all day and be maintained, not pampered. If the sleeving work is a side job next to a bigger line, the compact JCJ130 covers it for less; when sleeving is the plant’s output, this is the one that holds the schedule.
Best-Fit Products
Runs these well — and what each one needs
- Stationery production runs → sleeved and sealed through the full shift
- Red envelopes and festive paper goods → tape mode, zero heat, seasonal volume
- Kraft envelopes and print work → flaps intact, finishes unmarked
- Contract sleeving → the awkward-flat work other plants decline

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Is sleeving a main-line job or a side job? Main line — this build; side job — the compact JCJ130.
- Bag supply is OPP roll film, up to 450 mm rolls — plan the rolls and the closure adhesive against your peak season, not during it.
- Do seasonal peaks matter? Tape-mode consumables and maintenance access are worth planning before the peak, not during.
- Are the products genuinely flat-but-awkward? That is what this platform is for — formed packs are another line’s job.
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
What separates it from the JCJ130?
Build tier, not sealing method: the same self-adhesive OPP closure, standard production build versus compact. Duty cycle decides.
How does it seal?
A self-adhesive closure — no heat is applied, so finishes, coatings and print stay unmarked. That is why red envelopes and coated paper goods run well on it.
What products suit it best?
Flat paper and goods work: stationery, red envelopes, kraft envelopes, print products — the items rotary and vertical machines handle badly.
Consumables to plan?
OPP roll film and the closure adhesive. We list them against your volume at quotation.
