What This Machine Does
The generalist of the series — wide pouches, real fills, one platform.
The PP180 is a fully automatic horizontal pouch packing machine for pre-made pouches. It picks each pouch from the magazine, opens it, fills it with your product, heat-seals it and discharges it — one continuous process at up to 3,000 packs/hour (50 packs/min), with ±1.5% filling accuracy.
The trade-off: width and weight instead of pace. Pouches from 55 to 200 mm wide and fills up to 1,000 g are what this machine is for. Liquids, granules, pills and capsules all run on this platform — if your pouches are small, the narrow-body models do the same job at twice the speed.
