What This Machine Does
The PP180 platform, retuned for small pouches at double the speed.
The PP180D runs the same continuous bag-feeding process — pouch pick-up, opening, filling, heat sealing and discharge — at up to 6,000 packs/hour (100 packs/min) on pre-made pouches 50-90 mm wide, with fills up to 200 g and ±1.5% filling accuracy.
The trade-off: speed for width. The envelope is deliberately narrow: 90 mm wide, 200 g per fill. Inside that band it doubles the PP180’s output; outside it, the wide machines take over.
Best-Fit Products
Runs these well — and what each one needs
- Small-format liquid sachets → portion sauces and oils in 50-90 mm pouches
- Granules in single-serve packs → dosed to ±1.5% at twice the PP180 pace
- Pills and capsules → solid doses in small sealed pouches for medical and healthcare use
- High-count production runs → 6,000 packs/hour for products that ship in volume

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Are your pouches within 50-90 mm wide? Wider formats belong on the PP180 (to 200 mm) at 50 packs/min.
- Do you need more than 100 packs/min? The PP180F and PP180FS reach 160 packs/min.
- Are your fills under 200 g? That is the ceiling on this small-pouch configuration.
- Do you have room for a 2,980 mm line and a 4 kW supply?
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
What is the difference between the PP180 and the PP180D?
Same platform and fill types, tuned differently: the PP180 runs pouches up to 200 mm at 50 packs/min; the PP180D runs 50-90 mm pouches at 100 packs/min with fills to 200 g.
What can it fill?
Liquids, granules, pills and capsules — the platform is not locked to one product state.
What laminates can the pouches use?
PE, PP, CPP, OPP, PET, PA (NY) and VMPET / VMCPP foil structures, plus foil paper bags.
What utilities does it need?
4 kW on 220V / 380V / 450V, plus 0.6 m³/min of compressed air at 0.6 MPa.
