What This Machine Does
Top of the series for speed — built for liquid and viscous fills.
The PP180F is the fastest machine in the PP series: up to 9,600 packs/hour (160 packs/min) on pre-made pouches 50-90 mm wide, with fills up to 200 ml and ±1.5% filling accuracy. It is specified for raw pulp, liquid and viscous sauce products.
The trade-off: pace over premium parts. This is the value-line configuration — Inovance PLC and AirTAC pneumatics — which is how the machine reaches 160 packs/min in its class. If your spec sheet demands Japanese pneumatics and Siemens controls, the PP200F carries that set at 140 packs/min.

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Do you need 160 packs/min on small pouches? This is the top speed in the series.
- Are your fills liquid or viscous, up to 200 ml? This configuration is tuned for exactly that.
- Are your pouches within 50-90 mm wide and up to 280 mm high? That is the working envelope.
- Is a 6 kW three-phase supply available at 220V / 380V / 450V?
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
What does 160 packs/min assume?
Rated output is 9,600 packs/hour; actual speed depends on your product and fill weight. Viscous fills typically run below the rated figure — we confirm sustained speed with your samples.
How does it open the pouches?
A vacuum oil pump opens each pouch before filling, so a mis-fed pouch is detected rather than filled.
What control set does it use?
Inovance PLC, VFD and touchscreen with AirTAC pneumatics — the value-line configuration for high-count production.
Can it run stand-up and zipper pouches?
Yes. Doypack, zipper and spout formats are standard alongside flat 4-side-seal pouches.
