What This Machine Does
160 packs/min, with fills weighed in grams for paste products.
The PP180FS pairs the top speed of the series — up to 9,600 packs/hour (160 packs/min) — with a filling side specified for raw pulp, liquid and sauce/paste products, with fills up to 200 g and ±1.5% accuracy on pouches 50-90 mm wide.
The trade-off: it is a specialist. Where the PP180F measures viscous fills by volume, the FS is the weight-dosed counterpart for paste-type products. Same platform, same speed — different filling logic. Pick by how your recipe card reads.
Best-Fit Products
Runs these well — and what each one needs
- Sauce and paste products by weight → fills specified in grams rather than milliliters, dosed to ±1.5%
- Raw pulp fills → pulp-heavy products that behave like a paste rather than a free-flowing liquid
- Small consumer pouches at scale → 50-90 mm formats at up to 9,600 packs/hour
- Mixed liquid-to-paste ranges → one platform covering thin liquids through to thick pastes

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Do you spec your fill in grams? The FS is weight-oriented; the PP180F is its volume-oriented twin at the same speed.
- Are your pouches within 50-90 mm wide and fills up to 200 g?
- Do you need paste-capable filling at 160 packs/min rather than 100? This is the series ceiling.
- Can your plant supply 6 kW and 0.6 m³/min of air at 0.6 MPa?
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
How is the PP180FS different from the PP180F?
Same platform and speed. The F is configured for liquid and viscous sauce fills measured in ml; the FS is the weight-dosed configuration for raw pulp and sauce/paste products in grams.
What pouch styles can it run?
4-side seal, doypack, spout and zipper pouches across PE, PP, CPP, OPP, PET, PA and foil laminates.
What controls does it use?
Inovance PLC, VFD and touchscreen with AirTAC pneumatics and a Zhongde vacuum pump for pouch opening.
What is the machine footprint?
3,650 × 1,530 × 1,180 mm at 2,600 kg — plan conveyor access on the discharge side.
