What This Machine Does
Granules weighed per pouch — and no bag gets filled half-open.
The PP190 packs granules, powders and liquids at up to 6,000 packs/hour (100 packs/min) on pre-made pouches 50-95 mm wide, with fills to 200 ml. A multi-head combination weigher doses granular products; two filling stations keep the pace up.
The trade-off: precision features over raw speed. It tops out at 100 packs/min, not 160 — and in exchange carries the features quality lines actually use: a pouch interlock that refuses half-open bags, and a horizontal single-axis drive that is easy to maintain and clean.
Best-Fit Products
Runs these well — and what each one needs
- Granules weighed per pouch → multi-head combination weighing for accurate granule dosing
- Powder sachets at speed → powder fills in 50-95 mm pouches at 100 packs/min
- Liquid portion packs → liquid fills to 200 ml on the second filling station
- Quality-critical lines → pouch interlock — a bag that does not open fully is not filled and not sealed

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Do you dose granules by weight? The multi-head weigher is this model’s core configuration.
- Are your pouches within 50-95 mm and fills to 200 ml? For 200 mm pouches and 1,000 ml fills, the PP190P is the wide-range version.
- Do you need pouch-interlock protection against half-open bags?
- Is 100 packs/min the right band — not the 50 of the P variant, not the 160 of the top-speed models?
