What This Machine Does
The PP190’s weighing system, opened up to 200 mm pouches and litre fills.
The PP190P keeps the PP190 platform — multi-head combination weighing, two filling stations, pouch interlock — and widens the envelope: pre-made pouches from 50 to 200 mm wide with fills up to 1,000 ml, at up to 3,000 packs/hour (50 packs/min).
The trade-off: range for pace. Same footprint, same features, half the speed. One machine covering mini sachets to family packs is worth that trade only if your format list is genuinely wide — otherwise the narrow-body PP190 does it faster.
Best-Fit Products
Runs these well — and what each one needs
- Granules across many pouch sizes → multi-head weighing from mini sachets to 200 mm family packs
- Wide-format powder packs → powder fills to 1,000 ml in pouches the standard PP190 cannot open
- Large liquid portions → liquid fills up to 1,000 ml at portion-pack accuracy
- Plants with mixed format programs → one machine covering 50-200 mm instead of two dedicated lines

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Do you need the PP190’s weighing and interlock in pouches up to 200 mm and fills to 1,000 ml? That is precisely this machine.
- Is 50 packs/min enough for the wider formats? Wide pouches run at the P pace, not the 100 packs/min of the narrow version.
- Do you run granules, powders and liquids on one line?
- Do you have 5 kW power and 300 L/min of compressed air?
