What This Machine Does
Wide pouches and litre fills, with powders in the mix.
The PP400 packs powders, liquids and granules at up to 3,000 packs/hour (50 packs/min) on pre-made pouches 55-200 mm wide, with fills up to 1,000 ml and ±1.5% filling accuracy — one continuous bag-feeding process sized for family-format retail packs.
The trade-off: volume over speed. By width it is the PP180’s twin; by duty it is a different machine — fills measured in millilitres, with powders first in the spec. If your pouches are small, the PP400D runs the same platform at double speed.

Four honest questions before you buy
- Do you fill up to 1,000 ml in wide pouches at 50 packs/min? That is exactly this envelope.
- Need the same fills faster? The PP400D runs 100 packs/min on pouches up to 90 mm.
- Do you need solids or chunky products? The PP320 is the platform specified for solids.
- Can your plant supply 4 kW and 0.6 m³/min of air at 0.6 MPa?
