What This Machine Does
A full machine in a one-and-a-half-metre footprint.
The PP420F is a full-servo horizontal pouch packing machine for pre-made pouches 80-210 mm wide, with fills up to 1,000 ml and ±1.5% filling accuracy — at 1,503 mm long and 500 kg, in 304 stainless steel.
The trade-off: footprint for pace. At 1,800 packs/hour (30 packs/min) it is the slowest machine in the series, deliberately. What you buy instead is size: it rolls into plants and pilot rooms no other PP machine fits, and its filling side covers the widest product-type range — bag-in-bag, liquid, sauce/paste, solid and powder.
Best-Fit Products
Runs these well — and what each one needs
- Bag-in-bag packs → an outer pouch carrying inner sachets or items — this model’s signature configuration
- Multi-product plants → liquid, sauce, solid and powder programs on one compact machine
- Pilot and small-batch lines → real production hardware at pilot-line scale
- Contract packing → short runs across formats without a full-size line commitment

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Do you need bag-in-bag or highly mixed product types? No other model in the series covers this range.
- Is floor space the constraint? 1,503 × 823 mm is close to benchtop territory.
- Is 30 packs/min enough? This is the slowest PP machine — the price of the footprint.
- Do you fill up to 1,000 ml in pouches up to 210 mm wide? That is the working envelope.
