What This Machine Does
The same four-side-seal pack, multiplied by lanes.
The JC600 is the first multi-lane tier of the JC four-side-seal line: two to four sealing lanes built to order, with an optional reclosable zipper, producing the same sealed sachets as the single-lane JC400 — several at a time.
The trade-off: lanes versus flexibility. Lanes multiply output per operator, but they commit the machine to one product format per run: every lane shares one web, one sealing set and one feeder setting. A plant running many short formats is better served by the single-lane JC400 and quick changeovers; a plant running one patch all week should have bought lanes yesterday.
Best-Fit Products
Runs these well — and what each one needs
- High-volume patch production → the same patch family as the JC400, several lanes wide
- Test strips and diagnostic cassettes → identical small sachets, lane after lane
- Cosmetic and skincare flat packs → rounded-corner sachets with optional zipper for multi-use products
- Laundry sheets and flat consumables → commodity counts that justify lanes

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Do you run one patch format in volume, or many formats briefly? One format — lanes; many — the JC400.
- How many packs a week actually leave the dock? That number, not ambition, sets the lane count.
- Does the product need reclosability? The zipper is optional here — it becomes standard one tier up, on the JC800Z.
- Is 2 to 4 lanes the right step, or does the volume justify the wider tiers?
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
How do I choose between lanes and a faster single lane?
Lanes multiply the output of one operator and one web for one format. Single-lane flexibility wins when formats change weekly. Bring your format count and weekly volume; the answer is usually arithmetic.
Can lanes be added later?
Lane count is fixed at build — the web, sealing set and feeder are all sized together. Choose it at order time from real volume, not from a forecast slide.
Does it do zipper packs?
As an option, yes — the same reclosable closure the JC800Z runs as its signature, on 2-4 lanes here.
What products fit?
The flat family: patches, strips, gauze, cards, thin consumables — anything the JC400 seals, this line seals side by side.
