What This Machine Does
Five lanes wide before you need the zipper flagship.
The JC700 is the wide tier of the JC four-side-seal line: up to five sealing lanes built to order, optional reclosable zipper, one shared web feeding every lane. It exists for plants whose patch volume has outgrown four lanes but whose product does not need the JC800Z’s rotary gel feeding.
The trade-off: one more lane versus one simpler machine. The fifth lane adds output and adds web — wider film, wider frame, more sealing surface to keep even. If utilization on lane five would sit empty half the year, the JC600 is the cheaper truth; if the volume is real, this is the last stop before the JC800Z.

Configurations & Options
The widest plain-seal tier of the line
- Lanes: 2 to 5, fixed at order time
- Closure: plain four-side seal, or optional reclosable zipper
- Pack styles: 4-side seal and rounded-corner 4-side seal
- Product envelope: the flat patch and sachet family shared across the line
- Tooling: feeder, sealing set and cutters built to the product at order
Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Would five lanes run full, or is four the honest number for two more years?
- Is the product rotary-feedable gel? Then the JC800Z conversation (magazine feeding, zipper as signature) may be the better one.
- Does every format in the plan stay inside the flat patch family this line is built for?
- Is one product per run the reality — because that is what lanes are for?
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask.
JC600 or JC700 — how do I pick?
By honest lane utilization. Price the machine against the volume that actually ships, not the stretch case. The frame, web and sealing set all scale with lane count.
What changes going to the JC800Z?
Feeding and closure: rotary magazine feeders for soft gels, double-side heated zipper as the signature closure, and the full flagship cutter and coder set. The JC700 stays the plain-seal wide tier.
Can it run different products per lane?
No — lanes share one web, one feeder setting and one sealing set. Multi-lane means one format, run wide.
Zipper on this tier?
Optional, as on the JC600. If reclosability is the product’s core claim, the JC800Z does it properly with double-side heating.
