Frequently Asked Questions
Can one line run different fertilizer blends?
Yes, with format changeover — but blends with different hygroscopic or corrosive behaviour may need a filling and materials review. We test your blends before locking the spec.
How do you keep fertilizer powder out of the seal?
Filling and sealing are staged apart and the fill zone is extracted — the seal closes on clean film. It is the core of the design, not an option.
What about retail garden pouches?
Premade pouch machines run those — zipper reclosure for multi-use, gusseted formats for volume. Configuration is confirmed per pouch format.
Do you pack pressed fertilizer tabs?
Pressed mini tabs are solid blocks — they run on the four-side-seal sachet machines, one tab per sachet.
