Why Four-Side-Seal and Flow Wrapping for Wipes

Frequently Asked Questions
Can one line run single sachets and multipacks?
The formats live on different families — four-side-seal for singles, flow wrapping for multipacks — but they share film, infeed logic and one engineering standard. Lines pair them every day.
How fast can alcohol pad lines run?
Web width sets the count. Wide-web sachet machines build pads on webs up to 880 mm — output scales with web width rather than machine speed alone.
Do you build canister wipes?
Canister loading is a different machine class. We build the sachets, multipacks and pouches around it — and will say so plainly where the boundary sits.
What about lens wipes and single tissues?
