Can the same machine run ketchup and mayo?
With changeover and a filling review, yes — viscosity difference is a configuration question, not a machine-family question.
How do you seal without sauce in the seal zone?
Filling is dosed and staged away from the sealing jaws; the seal closes on clean film. It is the core design, verified with your product before shipment.
Do you pack hot sauces?
Hot-fill configurations exist — sealing and contact materials follow the fill temperature. Confirmed per project, not assumed.
What about retail squeeze pouches?
Spout premade pouches are the retail format — filling and sealing configured per pouch and cap size.
