Frequently Asked Questions
Can one line run different spice blends?
Yes, with format changeover — but blends with different dust or corrosion behaviour may need a filling and materials review. We test your blends before locking the spec.
How do you keep spice powder out of the seal?
Filling and sealing are staged apart and the fill zone is extracted — the seal closes on clean film. It is the core of the design, not an option.
What about retail stand-up spice pouches?
Premade pouch machines run those — zipper reclosure for multi-use, gusseted formats for volume. Configuration is confirmed per pouch format.
Do you make stock-cube-style wraps?
Wrapped pressed-cube formats run on the flow wrappers — the same pillow-pack route as confectionery.
